I’ll start by letting everyone know that this kit requires some cutting and welding. The advantage of this kit is that they claim you will maintain the feel of the stock suspension and I couldn’t agree more. I am amazed at how nice it rides. That being said, the shop that did the install said it is unlike most lift kits out there. If you plan on installing this yourself I would suggest looking at the walkthrough on readylift’s website. As the customer I love this kit. The mechanic did not like it so much.

I had a 7” lift installed last year. With the new Bilstien shocks the truck felt way better on bumpy roads. I did Eibach fronts because at the time there were no bilstiens available. I love that Ready Lift tried to keep all of the factory angles so that the CVS, Tie rods, and Ball joints would last. The only thing I’m not 100% happy with is the steering extender. It had no grease points so I have to spray it down every couple months. Also, if you feel slop in the steering wheel after installing this, make sure and torque the Allen bolt on the steering extension to spec. I thought I was going to have to deal with slop, until I figured that out.

Great kit. Helped with my wheel selection but still required cutting. The bumpers on the 21-23 makes wheel selections aggressively challenging.

Easy to install, grab a 12 pack of your favorite coors beer, a friend and have at. Took me and my buddy about 3.5 hours to do. Went to gather very easy. If you are just a lightly mechanically inclined and have basic tools will be easy to install. Rides great and looks great!!

My 21 F150 maintains a comfortable, stock ride feel. The handling changes just a bit however that is expected when adding a lift kit.

Bought this lift originally because of the amount of lift you get for the price as well as the quality. I’ve put a lot of lifts on a lot of trucks and this kit specifically with the tubular upper control arms fits extremely well. It took me about a day in my garage with no lift just jack and jack stands to get done. They really thought out the angle of the upper control arm ball joint meeting the knuckle as well as maintaining that space away from the front strut. I’ve seen cheaper competitors try ti do something similar but end up with basically stock upper control arms meaning you get too much angle and binding on your upper ball joints meaning premature wear and a more rough ride. Install was pretty easy. Nothing was difficult although I don’t enjoy pulling struts apart(yes you have to put a preload spacer in the strut as well as top hat spacer on top of the strut) I’ve had the kit on my truck for around 15k miles now and have had zero issues no premature wear and the ride is just as good if not better then stock. Interesting design with the rear shock spacers I haven’t had issues with them but will be putting +2 inch shocks on the rear and getting rid of the spacers but they have worked surprisingly well for the simple design. Truck has a great stance and perfect height for me considering I’m pulling large saws and other tools in and out of the bed daily. Honestly don’t think there is another kit that will work as well as this for the price. The upper control arms alone are worth the money for this kit.
