Wasn’t sure which catback exhaust I wanted. I’ve had Flowmaster on my wrangler and the installation on this one sounded easy enough for me to do. So I bought this one and waited for the weather to get warmer outside. Never happened though and some YouTube videos indicated having to cut the existing pipe on the truck. Well that was going to be too much for me. I’m not strong enough so I took my truck to a garage and he installed the exhaust system in 35 minutes. And that was with some unexpected welding. Cost was 150.00 and it sounds great. Looks awesome and the sound was alittle louder than I expected but not bad at all. Happy with my choice. Purchase and installation.

The Engineering that went into the Flow FX Muffler design is superb. Best sounding muffler I’ve had coming from Magnaflows on my previous 2 vehicles. HOWEVER, the provided hardware is horrendous, clamps are very low quality. Followed instructions to a T, torqued with a Torque wrench, not an impact. One of the clamps threads managed to just completely give out. Another negative is the rediculous amount of imperfections all over the piping itself from a sloppy forming process. Guess it’s to be expected at this price point. The middle clamp with a hanger attached to it is 2.5 inches. The exhaust is 3 inches. Makes it extremely difficult to install. Despite the negatives, this system makes the 2.7 Ecoboost sound amazing, with absolutely no drone. If I could do it all over again I’d say go buy a Flox FX muffler and have that welded in place of your factory muffler and delete the resonator.

Definitely a deep tone compared to the factory, Only minor issue with install was the exhaust clamp with the hanger welded to it. Other than that, The install was super easy. Everything lined up perfectly, I also Added this exhaust along with the S&P Dry Cold Air Intake, So far so good, Took me and a buddy a few hours with the intake install. Definitely recommend both.

It is a very nice set up except the exhaust tip color started coming off after about two months of having it on there but other than that very nice and it is a little drowning in the cab when you’re towing a trailer, I would recommend it if you were trying to get away from factory

I’m not much of a mechanic and I was able to do this in my driveway on a Saturday morning. Took me about an hour to install once the old one was off. Prior to purchasing I was even able to confirm with American Trucks on fit with my F150 super crew. One cut was needed to remove the old exhaust system and the new one installed pretty easily and directions were clear and simple.

1 1/2 hr install from ground in garage. Cut at rear of stock exhaust and easy removal. Install easy but one modification on hanger clamp. Not a great fit on 3” pipe, wrong size? Made it work. Sounds great just what I wanted for 3.5L Ecoboost! Not to loud but an added rumble for a V6. Noticed added performance with the less restriction giving better response on average driving. Even better performance when you get into it. Recommend for price point, sound and added performance! Longevity we shall see but solid overall so confident it will last. Head issues with end tip. Not an issue with the matte black as easy fix if it fails. We shall see on that as well.

Easy to install. I had to straddle the old exhaust and place my feet on the muffler to unmount it from the brackets. Did it without jacking up a stock 2020 4×4 xlt. Was able to remove all at once as well. Only gripe and only reason this got 4 stars. One of the clamps that mounts the exhaust to a bracket midway. Was 2.75″ and was a pita. It didnt let the nut screw onto the bolt properly. So i removed the a spacer and flipped the bolt upside down. I was able to screw it down. Unknown how long itll last. The sound isnt overly loud and produces a nice growl. Pretty happy overall.

Super easy to install, did it in my driveway with 2 jack stands and a helping hand in about 45 minutes. Very under the radar when cruising around in eco-mode but really shines when you open it up. Only complaint is the coating on the tip starts almost immediately

Easy install, everything fit to existing mounts. Had a couple of issues Holley should “fix”. Front hanger mount is very tight, bolt could be about 1/4″ longer. Wound up taking the spacer out since it isn’t a clamp for the exhaust pipe. Other issue is there needs to be a torque spec for the converter bracket. OEM is around 35 ft lbs but considering the new bracket is a lot more pliable, probably more like 20 ft lbs. Bent a little bit tightening it but works okay with no leak.

Replaced a 4inch system that was very loud. Best choice has sound when open throttle yet still able to hear in cab.
