I love the sound. I wanted something that would give it a better sound. I got all that and a bag of chips. It’s not wake the neighbors loud unless you floor it. Inside the cabin, you’ll hear a slight hum while you drive. Makes the truck sound great. Easy install. I did it myself.

For the money this exhaust does exactly what its meant to. Add a deep tone and a little extra power/mpg. Cant say the exact gains yet, but i noticed my avg MPG going up on roads that it usually goes down. Install wasnt too bad. Took me about 3 hours start to finish and did not need to use a jack or anything to remove the stock as well as to attach to new. CGS customer service was also very helpful with any question as I had run into a problem with the Screw threads not being on my stock filange(fixed by buying some nuts and tightening those. But overall the sound is great. A tad droney in the cab for the first two gears then it mellows out as you climb to higher ones. Would recommend for the cost of this piece. Construction seems sturdy and 304 stainless throughout is a very nice feature. Only giving 4 stars due to the problem with the screw threads, but that’s partly my trucks manufacturer’s fault. CGS asked for photos and will likely provide extra hardware to avoid this problem in the future. Love this purchase

What a great deal. I would recommend this system to anyone that is looking for a quality exhaust system that is MADE IN THE USA and the price is great. The sound is perfect, not to loud like my last magnaflow system was. Super happy with this exhaust system.

All parts are of high quality stainless steel. All welds have a nice appearance….all made right here, in in the U.S.A. :). Tubing has a natural stainless finish, that I easily made even nicer by rubbing the tubing down with some fine “scotchbrite” pads, it also has, a mirror finish, polished muffler and double wall stainless tip, which are also included. h Itas an authoritative exhaust note at idle…..with an aggressive growl under hard acceleration. All components fit well and align correctly, all parts utilize the factory mounting locations., for ease of installation, which can be accomplished by anyone with minimal hand tools and a little mechanical experience. An easy, one afternoon installation, well worth the small amount of effort and money, for this modification. Power bands of torque and horsepower are increased throughout the r.p.m. band, which ARE noticeable! I also have a gas milage increase……but not sure of the exact amount, due to the fact of me not being able to keep my “foot” off the accelerator,, since I like the sound of the exhaust note, as well as the feel of the increased power, I Highly recommend this:))))) , wish I done this sooner!

I ordered the aluminized cat-back and CGS sent me the stainless exhaust system, as a free upgrade! The cabin gets a little load through the aluminum truck body at higher RPM, due to the aggressive sound- as stated in the product description. Installation wasn’t too bad using hand tools. I had to jack the truck up a little bit to remove the factory exhaust system. I installed it myself in about 2.5 hours.

Exhaust looks great and sounds pretty amazing. Most other 3.5L I have heard with after market Exhaust sound more raspy. This exhaust has a very deep purr even during acceleration. There is some drone in the cabin at high speeds until it shifts into the higher gear range (9/10). It is much more loud than I expected I probably would give it a 4 on the wake the neighbors scale. The price is excellent and the build quality is fantastic. Reason for 4 stars is the instructions say to use the factory hardware. I had two bolts/hangars on my 2019 XLT that were factory welded. The installer had to run to hardware store and spend 12 bucks on nuts and bolts. Also, to get a better horizontal angle at the tip we slightly manipulated the last hangar.

Purchased and Installed easily. Welded entire thing including a few tack welds on the bolt on tip. Looks great and sounds even better. I can idle out of my neighborhood at the crack of dawn without any problems. Under hard throttle the truck really has an aggressive note to it. I wanted a mild but solid idle sound. This exhaust really delivered. Drone on the highway at 65mph is very tolerable. Buy with confidence!

For me, this was a big mistake. I should have learned from doing the same on my Mustang. I bought this hoping I’d get a boost in power. It was the opposite. The truck runs worst than before, gas mileage dropped by 20% and the noise inside the cab is louder than outside. Went to the dealer and got a factory SS exhaust and swapped them out ASAP.
