Recently purchased a CGS catback exhaust system for my 2013 F150 Lariat 5.0 . It was the missing piece for my truck. Once I got the old system off installing the new one was as advertised direct fit bolt on. It took about an hour. With the Pedal Commander and the cold air intake system previously purchased the mild tone system took my truck to a whole different level.

This CGS Motorsports Aluminized Single Exhaust System – Side Exit is a decent exhaust for the money. definitely low budget friendly. It was a very easy install, took me about 2 hours to remove old and install new. After install I went on a trial drive sounds good with a moderate note .When you punch the gas it has a nice louder growl then evens off as you hit cruising speed. It does however have a louder drone tone at about 70mph

The install wasnt bad, but did require more mods than stated. The sound is very nice. Has a good start up rumble. Very aggressive with acceleration. Sounds good at idle. However, after a couple of weeks, it deveoped an annoying rattle, that takes place only at 1000 rpms

it’s a great exhaust great sound . the install was very simple just needed some help removing the oem exhaust and that, was the difficult part.

Nice exhaust for the money. Not overly loud, but can have a loud drone at highway speeds. The sound has evened out over the last several miles. It was harder to get the old exhaust off than to get this one on. Had to make a trip to the parts store for bolts, but went on just fine. The rear hanger needs some adjusting to get on. All in all, I like it…

Might need new flange hardware so it fits better but otherwise works great. I got new pipe clamps so it stays sturdy but that was just my preference. Very easy to install.

Pretty happy. Installation was a breeze, access to a lift saved lots of time, about 45 minutes total. Finally have sound

The system was simple to install (about 2 hours alone). You will need to buy some 3” long bolts to attach to the flange. I used 3/8 grade 8s from Tractor Supply with matching flat and lock washers. This system is loud! Maybe it’s because I also have the kandn intake as well, but it’s seriously loud. For the money though, it’s a good kit.

Great sound and easy installation just needed a couple of nuts and bolts to attach to the cat other then that went on fine

Install was very easy with supplied hardware. Sound was a bit farty at first but has broken in nicel over the course of about a 1000 miles. Tone is now low at idle and absolutley screams at WOT.
