Returns
Auto Artifact believes in customer satisfaction. Within 30 days of receiving items purchased from Auto Artifact, customers may choose to return:
-Any new item in original packaging and condition.
-Any used core, as long as it is shipped in the box that contained the new product.
-Any item received in a damaged or defective condition.
-Any item received in error.
Within 15 business days of Auto Artifact receiving your returned item, you will be issued a refund for the original purchase price and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within 15 business days.
If the reason for your return was caused by Auto Artifact or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, wrong part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items.
AutoArtifact reserves the right to require a valid government-issued photo ID for all returns that will be recorded at the time of the return. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity. AutoArtifact accepts the following IDs for returns: U.S. or Canadian Driver’s License, U.S. State ID, Canadian Province ID, U.S. Military ID, Mexican Voter Registration Card, Passport, and U.S. Laser Visa. If you are returning an item(s) and you no longer have the receipt(s), contact AutoArtifact Customer Support at +1 (902) 361-8221 to request the transaction information for your order. The customer service representative will also explain the process for returning your item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
