I’ve got a extended cab long bed. I will say, for the longest F150s this exhaust just barely fits, but with a little extra force I got it to work. It took just about an hour with 2 guys working as fast as they can with a lift and a dealerships worth of tools to install, so any other situation it might take a little longer. The valve works great and the electronics couldn’t be any easier to wire up.

Its a nice exhaust….everything fits good except it rides against the spare tire heat shield….it looks great n sounds good too….my favorite thing is the valve….I live in va and being able to close that off to keeps the cops off of you is amazing….and sometimes the remote opener on the valve is tricky seems like sometimes it works and sometimes it dont….I’m not for sure about it but I still love it it looks and sounds good and has the best cool factor.. Install was maybe more than an hour since I dont have a lift

Great sounding exhaust , nice deep sound , easy to install , finish and fitment are great , and love the fact that you can open or close the active valve to control the exhaust note …….

Love the ability to change the sound of my truck with the push of a button, didn’t come with instructions but informed the company and they wrote some up right away. Very deep rumble when open. Little bit of a squeak when you push the butterfly opens but nothing obnoxious.

This system is good there was only two issues I had, the first one is the exhaust hangers weren’t pointing the right way so I had persuaded them the right way and then it went in no problem, the second issue was when you have the valve closed to the quiet position I would not recommend flooring the gas because it will throw a check engine light because I think it had too much back pressure so I just left it open

Puts an amazing deeper tone to the 3.5L engine. It isn’t obnoxiously loud but still makes the exhaust louder and deeper.

I have mixed feelings about this exhaust. The idea of the volume control is amazing and it works great. Quiet mode is stock quiet if not quieter and with the valve fully open the sound is magnificent. Deep tone with some hints of turbo whistle which is great. The quality of the materials is very good, the stainless looks great. The problem with this exhaust is in the fitment. They use some clamp on hangers that I’ve never seen before and they don’t work that well. I got no install instructions whatsoever in my box. Only a little paper that goes over the valve control module which was actually the easy part. They did not supply the hardware needed to connect to stock Downpipe. And the hardware that was provided for the clamp on hangers was too short. It is incredibly difficult to get this exhaust to line up properly and have the tip in a good spot using those supplied hangers. (They don’t tell you where they go so you have to figure it out.) I ended up welding a support in the back and cutting the end of the exhaust down so the pipe would sit flush and look good. After all the headache getting this installed I am rewarded with a great looking exhaust that has the added benefit of true on demand volume control. I am happy now and do think that it was worth the hassle. However for the price, Xforce really needs to step their game up as far as quality control for hardware, proper instructions, and use welded on hangers like everyone else.

This exhaust sounds incredible. Loud and a bit raspy when punching it. The valve works pretty good. I usually only use it for cold start leaving the house at 430am but other than that I leave it open. Install was a little tricky. Took about 2 hrs without lifting truck. My kit was missing a hanger and a few bolts had to take to an exhaust shop and have them make an additional hanger for me. Overall happy with the purchase.

Cant Beat the sound and finish on this Exhaust! Pretty easy install and the welds are very good quality! Only problem I had was the exhaust valve would get stuck once in awhile but after working valve opened and closed several times it seems to be working perfectly now.

Sounds great and good quality. very easy to install. I got it because I need the active exhaust. it was good for the for 2 months after that it was only working sometimes. now it totally stopped working.
