I added this when I installed the RC Cat-back. I immediately noticed improvements on all fronts. MPG went up. Throttle response improved. Power and torque both definitely improved. Last night while driving on the freeway, while making a lane change, I put my foot into it a bit and the truck downshifted as it accelerated. It was a bit of a surprise to me how the truck responded because I’m used to the ride without the chip. Really felt the power come through. I can’t be sure of this but it felt like the back end broke loose a bit. I was using the 87 octane map. The truck tows my boat just fine on stock but the experience and power delivery is so much better on the superchip. Shift points are spot on and all the power seems to be just sitting there in the immediate background waiting to be used. San Vicente Reservoir in San Diego has a really steep hill at the entry. Again, my stock truck handles it fine, but it feels effortless on the superchip. Not paid to write the review. I just really like the product.

I uploaded my tune and absolutely love the performance of my truck. Put it sport mode and i am driving a sports car. Also American Truck service is fantastic. Called and they helped me out very quickly.

Easy to use and install. Noticeable power increase, no verdict of fuel economy gains just yet. Only running the economy tune at the moment. More to come.

Ordered this to correct my tire size after I put bigger tires on it. Now I use it for when I tow and change the tune in the truck.

I installed the “mileage” option (which is why I gave only 4 stars). However, if I could give 6 stars for bang for the buck, I would. Since the truck doesn’t have drivetrain or tire upgrades, the default was chosen. I immediately feel an improvement with shifting and the drive-by-wire latency is almost non-existent

I bought this item thinking it would be great for my truck. I was really excited to try it out. I got it and followed the directions which involved downloading the latest software off their website. I hooked it up to my truck and went through the whole process only to have it say “Could not read vehicle” I went through this about ten times only to have the same result. I also went to a few different computers to re download the software. Nothing worked I received the same message over and over. I called the companies support phone number and no one answered at 12 in the afternoon on a Friday. Instead I got their answering machine. Their website also says you can get 24 hour support which is a load of bullcrap. I left a message and never got a response. Way to take my excitement for a product and a potential customer and turn them into your loudest critic. I rate this company and its product -100 stars.
