Good so far only been 2 day Download the pdf file if u buy this one No videos of installation and watch as u torque bown the nuts on the base. One would not torque down thinking that on me tho Did not add the washers But over good stuff And to u AMERICAN MUSCLE IF UR READ THIS SELL BUSHING AND GASKET

Reduced the throw by quite a bit, which is what I wanted. Fits like it should, although one mounting hole was drilled slightly out of round. Overall, I’d say it’s worth it for the price. It gets the job done.

I was thrilled once this shifter was installed! I immediately felt the difference between the short throw and my old standard shifter. It worked pretty well for over a year, but I noticed that it would occasionally catch. I thought maybe I was missing the shift, but then one day, while I was driving in the fast lane on the freeway, the shifter completely broke loose!!! I was very fortunate that I was able to maneuver my car to the side of the road and stop safely! My mechanic checked out the shifter and found that the bottom side screws do not come down far enough to push the tee down. He couldn’t say whether it was a defect just with this individual shifter or if it is a defect with the way that all shifters from this brand are made, but it is definitely a defect!

It’s a decent part for the money, shifts are stiff and rough but definitely shortens the throw. Be prepared to retighten it often. The main issue is that one of the adjustable hexbolts bolts came out and got beat up by my shifter trying to get it home. Called AM to see about getting a replacement bolt and they told me I’m SOL and there is no warranty and no way to get replacement hardware and there’s nothing they can do. The entire shifter is now useless. Pick something that has better support.

Makes shifting and selecting gears tighter and less throw may need to adjust and put lock tight on Allen bolts cause did pop out from shifting

Don’t recommend this shifter. It came apart the first day driving with it and parts were lost so had to order a different one somewhere else. Not made very well

My only complaint is that the top end of the shifter will come loose at times. but easily fixable, 9/10

I just had to get a replacement because the bolt holding one of the center return springs in place vibrated loose. after that i used a bolt from the hardware store that was close to the right thread size and that got me through until today when my replacement came in. when i went to take the old one off, all of the bolts that were pre installed into the shifter had also vibrated loose. every bolt on this shifter needs thread locker to last longer than two days. otherwise, the throw is short, relatively precise, and feels pretty good.

works great, tight . easy to install. had factory and wanted to upgrade. looked at several different ones and figuired i would give a try. Others have driven car and said it feels great
