    Only gave it four stars because every time I shut the hood, it would keep knocking filter off. So I added two screws through the filter clamp to keep it in place. Sounds amazing and really brought the coyote to life!! Definitely recommend!!

    First time installing an intake for me, it was SUPER easy. Total time took about an hour, and that includes prepping everything laying out the pieces and finding the right tools.

    Improved airflow and throttle response not as loud as some say. Huge gains in MPG over stock gotten at least 4-7 better with the 5.0L. original mpg 13.5-14 up to 18.5-19 in the city now and original 14-16 now 20-25 on highway. Makes any after market exhaust sound deeper. I have the (Holley) hooker blackheart duel exit cat back exhaust and it sounds amazing. Took 15min to install. Fitment of the engine air hose is tight none the less I added a small rubber line to ease the bend pressure may not be like that for everyone but loaded fx4 was a small difference compared to 4×4 in video and I highly recommend buying a small (1/4) clamp for the other hose so it doesn’t pop off wish they included one. But overall it was a great purchase. Solid construction seems to be a well built CAI being a form of K&N product for a much more reasonable and affordable price.

    A decent product for the price. The install can be tough. Very tight fit. The housing for the filter could be better.

    Fitment was good. Installation was easy, maybe 25 minutes. Make sure to clean oil from filter where it meets box and rough with sand paper so as to prevent filter from slipping off.

    Relaxed factory intake. Easy enough to install. Didn’t care much for the instructions, before tightening the clamps for the whole intake like instructions say to do, get everything lined up and in the proper positioning. Other than that, easy install, with great results for the price. More upgrades to come. Never can go wrong with American Truck.

    Allot more engine noise then expected. Pretty easy to install compared to other c.a.i I’ve installed in the past. Paired with throttle body spacer.
