Made my F-150 breath like a beast along with Corssi exhaust system, my truck can run at 80mph and stay under 1K rpms.

Item was easy to install. Looks great. Sounds great. May have gained a few horses. Gas mileage seems to be doing a tad bit better…especially on long highway drives

Easy to install, no directions come with it, you are told to go to the Roush website and download, but don’t bother, just watch the video on American Truck. The video says download the instructions because there is a template there you need to attach the small bracket on the air box. Don’t bother, the template is not there, but you don’t need it. Just place it where you see on the video. Can’t say if there is a performance improvement, but it certainly looks good. Much nicer than stock.

This is relatively simple to install and gives my 2023 Lariat 3.5L Ecoboost a nice little bump in power and MPG. Definitely worth it on the ecoboost motor

This filter was easy to install. Had a few issues with bolts lining up. I thought it would be better made for the price. So far my throttle response has improved and truck moves a little easier. MPG has improved slightly. Not much.

Sure looks better than factory. That’s what achieved the 3 star rating and that’s where I should stop. But i won’t. It was easy to install however I hate spending $400 on something that I’m still required to print out instructions. Charge me another $1 and include it for god sake. Doesn’t seem very secure to be honest. It’s held on by a few clips a few clamps and it “hangs on” with a bolt it slides over. Road test. Ehhh noise increase is negligible and very disappointing to be honest as we are all here to hear the turbo spool up. “Butt Dyno” shows no significant gains. All in all I am very disappointed in this intake. I went the Roush route as I figured it was a more ford focus intake and it’s the only CARB legal intake. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Installed this item on my 2020 f150. Very easy to install. Made the truck’s turbo a little louder along with a deeper engine growl. Gained 1-2 MPG

First, I would like to say that American Trucks provides great customer support and I do like the Roush CAI. The QC I am stating has to do with the plenum air duct finish at the cut-off ends. Prior to install I had to clean up each end (4) to ensure there would be no (FO) foreign object escape to the turbo intake tubes. This is something that should be stated in the instructions and videos. The need to ensure a smooth clean surface prior to install.

Works great, sounds great, easy to install. Only issue is it doesn’t come with all the things required to install. Directions are great though. I feel it needs a gasket on the back side of the intake. Doesn’t come with one, doesn’t mention one.

Getting this on sale was great, and I was looking forward to the Roush name and expected quality. For the most part seems to be good quality. Was disappointed for $400 that I had to download the instructions, and then print off a template to drill holes in the box to mount something?!?? Made it take much longer than it should have. That and some gaps and loose fits where the factory fit was much tighter. End product IS nice though. Haven’t driven it long enough to see if there is any impact to performance or mileage.
