    These lights are straight forward install from the video. My truck had fender flares which took a while to figure out.. the easiest thing to do is take the white and orange clip out from behind with a pair of needle nose and the clip right back in. Also the video did not address the wiring. You don’t need to do anything with the yellow wire connector but you do need to install the gray wire in the fuse panel either #10 or #36 fuse. Make sure you plug the two factory connectors on the top back in before you test the lights or you will get a CEL.

    Installed these lights with ease. Was Second set of lights bought as first set I bought from another company were defective twice. These lights were easy to install and wire up.

    First I picked up a set of cheap Chinese headlights from AT, and they were a problem from the start. wiring wasn’t right, melted one connector. condensation inside after a light rain. These Alpharex PROs were SO easy to install. DRL harness was included, although I needed to find the instructions online on how to connect. Love the look of these lights, and so easy to install.

    Install was easy simple plug and play no alterations needed. Install video shows a nice step by step process. They fit perfectly and look amazing! Highly recommended.

    I will start this review off by saying, usually ai purchase through American Trucks but I purchased these specifically through Alpha Rex due to the year end deal they gave me that was significantly cheaper than anyone else offering these headlights. That being said, American Trucks, I apologize for not giving you my business on an item that you offer, I hope you don’t take this down for that reason. These lights are awesome! The turn signal bulbs are incandescent so I swapped for LED and the bulb size is NOT the same as the stock turn signal bulb in these trucks. It will not fit, it’s too small. I don’t remember the specific size bulb I used but I went with a slightly different LED chip size and it works great! I love the switchbacks and the DRLs these were everything I wanted my first set of headlights to be but ultimately they didn’t even last 6 months. Loving my Alpha Rex Pro series lights and hope anyone looking to purchase them finds this helpful. Side note, the Pro series allows you to install your own LED bulbs where as the Luxx and another higher end version of these does not give that option. So if you’re wanting to pair these projectors with your own Idea of the perfect LED then the Pro series is for you.

    They work great thus far. Just installed them moments ago. They’re not blue or an aqua color like in some photos and videos. White and amber. I put in some Sylvania LEDs as well, for both highs and lows. H7 is the size for this housing. I’m hoping to try out the amber LED mod someday as well, via the Forscan DRL turn signal mod. Wish I could upload a video of the startup, shutdown and locking sequence. A photo doesn’t do these housings justice.
