    Had 295 Nitto 555’a and with 23 psi would spin through second gear. These NT 05’s hook up! Second gear pulls with hardly any slip. I was very surprised and pleased. Ride is great!

    Good grip on the street, just need a LSD. The wheels I got from LMR but these tires were to nice to turn down.

    These tires worked ok for a short time. They didn’t last long, I got about 3 thousand miles out of them.

    Had nt05s on my 15 mustang for a year and a half and I loved them. Loved them for drag never had any issues with them spinning. Taken them on a couple of canyons here in southern California and they didn’t perform as well as I thought. Over all excellent tires and highly recommend them.

    I have had my Nitto NT05’s on for about a year now and love them. I do not daily drive my Mustang, the ride is too stiff due to my gnarly BMR racing suspension (which I LOVE as well). The ride is great, very little, if any road noise. These tires need a bit of time to warm up in order to see the maximum performance. Once they do warm up, you have a very predictable tire that will grip for days. The downside is two fold…Do NOT take these tires out in the rain. These tires are not made for the wet and become very unpredictable and will lose traction quickly even in a straight line. You have been warned!! Second, I use my Slimer (Gotta Have It Green) for windy road fun, track days and Autocross. The first two, the NT05 is a perfect companion. Autocross is a different story. These tires are really good when warmed up, but if cold and you have been waiting in a line for a while to get back on track for one lap, the tire can become quite slippery when trying to go for low times. With that all being said, I LOVE my NT05’s when I use them as they are meant to be used. You can’t go wrong with these Max Performance SUMMER tires.

    I run these on my Mustang for NASA road course events. They have exceptional grip, these and NT01s are a favorite for mustang owners not running slicks. I have done about 8 weekend events (1200 miles on the track) as well as street driving and the tires still have about 1/3 tread left.

    I just got em on my car and I love em after one day of driving…no road noise to my knowledge and they handle great haven’t tested launching yet though, but overall it’s great tire!!

    Got me some 275/40/18 and there perfect even great in rain haven’t had them long not shore how they will wear but once heated they grip at 3500 with my 2 step great tires

    I run the 315/35/17 Nitto NT05’s on my 04 GT. Bought the car with bald ones and finally replaced with new. Very nice grip on dry pavement. Worlds better than bald on wet. Still slippery but not horrible. Will buy again from american muscle.
