I like the 4 inch pipe from the catalytic back with a 4 1/2 ” tip. I wish the sound was a little bit more deeper, but my gas milage has gone up a little bit as well

I like the look and and sound of the new system. But the one nit pick I have is the clamps that came with the build. They give you band clamps for the exhaust. They are pretty shit so you might as well get yourself some saddle clamps to make things more solid.

Very nice Quality and simple installation, BUT the sound plain Sucks and is wicked loud!!! TOO loud to be bearable in the cab! Don’t waste your money!!!

The exhaust was super easy to install. The sound is amazing. I didn’t want a cheap V6 sound and this exhaust is deep enough for me that it does not sound that way. After buying the exhaust I did find out it is MBRP race exhaust so it is loud when you are on it and you get a little drone when driving but after a couple weeks you get use to it and learn to drive easy to keep it down. Over all I love is but louder then expected.

Everything came as described. Very easy to install. It’s just too loud for me. I knew it was going to be louder than stock. I just didn’t expect it to be so loud inside the truck.

I installed this exhaust on a 2017 2.7L F-150 Ecoboost. When I started the truck I immediately knew I had made a mistake with this system. I took the truck down the street about a mile.. came back and thought it over for 45min and figured I’d go for a longer ride…. That convinced me…. I pulled the truck into the driveway, put it back on the ramps and removed it and put the stock system back on. This exhaust made the truck sound like a 4 cylinder. YOUR TRUCK WILL NOT SOUND LIKE A TRUCK!!!!!! I have had 3 F150’s and had systems on all 3. This one is the worst I’ve ever heard. Loud,Cabin drone and ear rattling all in 1. Called American Trucks and of course they won’t take it back. I don’t blame them I only mention this to warn others not to make the same mistake. $550.00 mistake!! Hopefully I can get someone to take it off my hands! Took an hr to install and 15 minutes to remove. LOL

The exhaust system was perfectly matched for my 2019 F150 5.5 truck bed 2.7 L motor uninstalling the old muffler took longer than putting in the new one I did it all by myself it took me four hours but I’m slow. It sounds nice and throaty! But having a big full-size truck with a 2.7 L motor it kind of sounds like a midsize truck I’m not sure the sound matches the vehicle however the product is great it’s just gonna take a little getting used to LOL.
