Everything installed perfectly. I am in NY and I just had my second mid-pipe rot out, so I wanted to get a stainless system for a permanent fix. I am sure it will hold up for a long time, which is what I was looking for. I wished it was a deeper tone, but I guess it will never sound like a big V8….I don’t feel a significant power difference, but it is hard to say….

Start up, idle and low RPM cruising are fine. The acceleration sound is louder than expected and really sounds like my 96 civic that had a coffee can on it.

My OE exhaust corroded through so needed a replacement. This system sounds great on my 3.5L eco! Not too agressive, but defiantly more substantial than the OE exhaust. Install was very easy, no cutting in my case. Took about an hour to remove the old and install the new. Note – I did remove one of the two exhaust hanger brackets from my truck to make sure the MBRP muffler wouldn’t hit. You only need one of the two hangers near the front of the muffler.

Very pleased with the quality of the exhaust. Very easy to install. Perfect fit. The only complaint is the polished tip very quickly tarnished and turns brown from the exhaust heat.

I’ve had this for about a month now and these are my thoughts. First of all, the installation. I installed this by myself without a lift and I must say that it was pretty difficult. It took me 3 1/2 hours and to be honest I didn’t get it as good as I should have because I had people waiting on me as it said installation would take 1-2 hours. Had I had a lift it would have made the installation so much easier and so much faster so I highly recommend a lift. As far as the sound goes I’m a little divided. Sometimes I really like the sound and then at other times I wish it wasn’t so loud but it sounds like I had expected it to. In summary I like it and if you are going to install it yourself, find a friend with a lift.
