    5 stars, simple install if you have some decent skills around cars and tools. I bought a cheap Sawzall to get the job done. I recommend buying some cheap straps to hold xpipe and stock resonator in place so you can have more control. Once you cut the stock pipes, the exhaust will move if you don’t have anything holding them in place. Overall, xpipe sounds great, almost like ford should had this one the car from factory. Nice pops and gurggles with raspy tone.

    Let’s start with the fitment, it was excellent! The most difficult part was getting the axle back to slid out of the hangers. I recommend getting some help for this part. The size and weight difference between stock and this one is extremely noticeable! As far as sound, you will never need to text your girl “I’m here” total game changer

    Awesome product, easy install. Sounds good not too loud but gives it a nice rumble, Cold starts sound amazing.

    (Had it installed at a shop) was in and out in 10-15 minutes, changes the top end sound to a more raspy note. Not only does it sound better but you are reducing weight since the resonator weighs a good bit more than the x pipe.

    I had this MBRP X-pipe installed about a week now and I have only had good opinions about it so far. I picked it up for a great price and choose to have it professionally installed because I was installing it on my brand new 2024 mustang gt. So I did not want to take any chances on installing it myself even though it seemed pretty simple to install. But I will definitely say it has awaken my stock active exhaust just enough to make it perfect for me. It even crackles and pops from time to time when decelerating while in sport or track exhaust. On top of that I may be wrong about this but it feels a little bit faster now after the install. Overall I would definitely recommend this X-Pipe to anyone who has a 2024 mustang gt!!!!

    I went with MBRP’s X pipe because their design differs from pretty much every other X pipe on the market – the X portion of the pipe simply seems like a better design and unlike many of the X pipes on the market, MBRP’s actually has expanded joints to slip over the portion of the exhaust heading back to the axle, which I believe will be far more secure and seal better if you’re using clamps and not welding (which I opted for to allow some flexibility if I decide to change things out). I did have a local shop install this and they had it for only about 30 minutes – they had no issues with install and tested to make sure there were no leaks and all was good. On a 2023 GT with non active exhaust, this definitely woke the car up and brought a noticeable amount of extra volume… as well as the signature Coyote rasp (a good rasp sound btw, this was my favorite part). I may end up doing an axle back at some point, but for now I’m happy. If you have a 15-17 S550, your results may be different as the muffler design was different for those years (and those mufflers were also a bit quieter).
