Best accessory so far. No drone in cab. Growls when you get on it and no obnoxious poppin and crap. At cruising speed you cant even hear it in the cab. I get horrible gas mileage now because i cant keep my foot off the floor to hear it growl lol

Exhaust Install was fairly easy to do. I did it on jack stands with no issues. Fit and finish is great and looks great on truck. Took a minute to get that pre-hang hanger in place and set properly but the rest was seamless. The only issue I experienced with the kit was the chrome tips. You have to tighten down the clamp pretty good to get them to fix to the tailpipes. When I tightened down on the Allen screw (into the welded nut), I wasn’t even 1/2 way tight and the welded nut broke right off. The weld job was not very good and truthfully, the kit should just come with two more band clamps for the tips. I ended buying stainless exhaust clamps and using those to fix the tips to the pipes. Otherwise it sounds great. A little bit of drone at 2K RPM when cruising on the interstate.

If your going for wake the neighbors up on the way to work here you have it, opening up the throttle on my 5.0 f150 sounds like a heard of angry sasquatches wrestling their way to a fresh apple pie on grandma’s window sill. The first few times I dropped the hammer I couldn’t help but laugh, it’s great. But it’ll wake the baby, the neighbors and most the old folks in a block radius of your house. Thank you mbrp you delivered again.

Took about an hour. Love the exhaust. Does not wake the neighbors going to work in the morning, but lets the coyote howl when you get on it.

pretty easy install, not loud enough to wake up the neighborhood, but loud enough it might wake your next door neighbor up, does drone in the cab a little bit, not too bad.

The MBRP exhaust was a great value! Very easy installation, the hardest part was removing the existing exhaust. I have the F150 regular cab and I had to cut the front pipe. After mocking up the exhaust I measured about 18 inch cut. I didn’t want to cut too much just in case. After installing the exhaust it was about 2 inches too long. So I cut a total of 20 inches off the front pipe. 20 inches was perfect! Once installed, everything was clean, not rattling against the frame and the tips were set perfectly in front of the mud flap. It took about 2 hrs to do the entire installation with a socket wrench on the floor.

I was skeptical putting an exhaust system on my 2.7 ecoboost. But it truly sounds good. I have had a very pleasant experience with it installed.
