On my previous Mustang (2019 GT), I deleted both the mufflers and resonators; it was way too loud and sounded raspy. On my current Mustang (2022 GT), I wanted something that sounds mean, but not too loud or raspy. I am happy with the results of this exhaust. The cold start is still pretty loud, but otherwise it’s just right.

Highly recommend. Great update to my 2019 EcoBoost!

I was looking for a not obnoxious sound and this is the one, deep, clean and not as loud to wake up neighbors, perfect

Prefect sound not raspy a great deep tone. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for that muscle car sound. I love the way it sounds on deceleration the pops are great.

Grew sick of the look of the small tips. Race has a mean sound and look. You can get some good crackles and it can be loud. Depending on how you drive it can be quiet as well. There can be some drone, but I like it. Install is fairly easy, but in order to get the tips lined up well make sure your not tightening too much until it’s all lined up. Can be a 2 man job, one to push up on the pipes while the other tightens clamp. Sometimes I miss the subdued sound of the stock and its harder to hear the engine but this feels more fitting for a mustang. Not sure about performance gains. Still running stock dp. If planning on going big turbo might want to consider an exhaust that is 3in both ends. Then you’ll likely have to do dp+exhaust at same time though.

Great exhaust it’s very loud compared to stock. You won’t get any pops with only this but it’s very close. When you put the exhaust tips on you can adjust how far you want them sticking out.

This is one of the best exhausts i’ve heard on a mustang and for it to be $800 is wild! sounds absolutely amazing and couldn’t recommend it more! took me and a buddy about 2 hours to install and get everything lined up right.

Was looking for something to make my stock ecoboost louder and this did the trick! It sounds great on startup and has a nice low grumble to it. Gets some nice RPMs when you get going, and has a great sound/feel when breaking. Idling isn’t too loud which is nice. No crackling/popping which is exactly what I wanted. Draws attention without being annoying! Ended up buying different tips to install (quads) also from MBRP and they look great! They stick out quite a but could always cut them down.

When I first ordered this, I was worried it would be too loud but boy am I glad I got the race version. Not too loud at idle and cruise speeds and sounds amazing when floored. Does have a loud drone around 1700-2200 rpm.
