    I was looking for a system that had a good deep tone but not over the top or too much annoying interior drone. This system was made to hook up to the stock resonator on my 2013 F150 5.0. I already had a resonator delete on it so I hooked it up that way. It sounds fantastic! Deep tone and some interior drone but not so much as to be a bother. Definitely wakes up the 5.0 when I stand on it. I had saved my stock resonator in case it was too loud but I will not be reinstalling it.

    Required modification and special tools for installation. The brackets they provided in the kit are useless. Had a local shop install it.

    Kit fits great. Only downside is you lose your spare tire because of cross pipe.

    Removing the old exhaust was much more time consuming that expected, but that has nothing to do with this exhaust. For the most part the new exhaust went in pretty easily. One of the exhaust hangers was not bent correctly. Had to do several modifications to the hanger to drop the exhaust ~4″ so that the exhaust would exit under the rear fender instead of through the rear fender. Sound is not as loud as I was expecting either. Overall, and after modifications the exhaust looks pretty good, just wish it was a tad louder.

    Easy to install, performance looks, fuel mileage on freeway increased by 2.5 mpg, different sound.

    After taking to magna flow they told me it would not fit. And they tried to sell me the same thing with black tips for more money. I decided to call American trucks and they said it would fit. So I bought and it and it did indeed fit great sounds even better.

    Easy to install and fit very well. It was quite a bit louder than what I wanted so I cut the muffler out and replaced it with a flowmaster series 70. Now it looks good and sounds much better. I’m running a stage 2 Whipple so I really cant say if the exhaust helped the performance any. Just looks better than the stock pipe hanging out the back
