    I got this through an open box sale. It stated that there was signs of installation. But, I’m not sure it was. Everything was so clean. However, the “heat shield” was the wrong one, which is probably why it was returned. Either way, it was an easy install on a great product. Legendary K&N quality. With the air boxes removed, there’s definitely more noise. Some short-drones under load around 2k. Not too bothersome. Going to drown it out with a Rough Country exhaust.

    Kit was complete and instructions were good. Guessing I added 10-15 hp in combination with my new Magnaflow exhaust. Very impressed. Should have done it sooner!

    Replaced the engine at 220,000 miles, updates computer and was getting 11.2mpg in town. Added the air intake which was simple and took about 45 min. Reset the MPG and after 5-6 weeks of driving, I’m averaging around 5mpg improvement. Specs that came with the K&M show 2010 dyno results of + 18 horsepower. I can feel it in the pedal and hear it when you accelerate. Very happy addition

    Really happy with this purchase. Arrived early. Easy install and fit. Have seen 2.8mpg increase. Throttle response a little better. Sounds great. Excellent buy in my opinion.

    Really woke up the truck, this intake is loud and sounds good if that’s what you’re looking for. Throttle response seems about the same but this is also without a tune
