    I ordered this because I liked the dual filter look. Does it perform better than a single tube design? Beats me. All of the components from the air tubes to the heat shield and hardware are top notch. I like how I can hear the turbos spooling up, but not the “pssshhhh” of the wastegate. Performance-wise, it is quicker? Probably not, but since it’s new to my truck, my mind thinks there’s a small difference. MPG improvements are TBD. Realistically, it’s nice eye candy with more sound. I will say the instructions are the weak link in this product. The install isn’t difficult, but the photos are hard to see and the instructions are brief. I’d expect better for a mid-$400 investment. But all in all, it makes the drive more engaging.

    this was my first time installing a cold air intake and it went pretty smoothly im glad i had a youtube video from americantrucks youtube channel but it works and sounds amazing it’s a definite need if u want more power and a cooler look under your hood ??

    After researching dozens of options for cold air intakes for my truck. I decided on the Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake. Install was pretty straight forward (about 1 hour) especially having American Trucks YouTube video of the installation for reference. At idle not much noise come from the intake, but once you press the go fast pedal, the induction sound is quite noticeable. Don’t really notice any HP gains from it, but I do love the sound of the air rushing into the engine. I recommend this product if you are looking at gaining some induction noise, but don’t expect HP gains from this product. Side note* I have a VTA plug installed and can now here the blow off much more clearly, probably due to not having the factory air box blocking the sound of the blow off.
