I was very happy with how these wheels and tires turned out. I have to remove the chrome from my vehicle still, but I needed new tires anyway and so I figured that starting with new tires and wheels was the first step. These were easy to install and fit perfectly. If I had a less cramped garage and a better jack, this would have taken half the time, but still took less than 2 hours to install.

I replaced the stock 225/55R 20 wheels and tires with 285/70 (33″) R17 in order to get an increase in sidewall height. The stock setup had low-profile tires. Great if you want to whiz around corners and curves really fast; not so great if you hit potholes, ruts, and small boulders. The new tires gave me exactly what I was looking for, plus an extra inch or two of ground clearance. The “Raptor-like” wheels look fantastic on my Ruby-Red F-150 Lariat. After looking at all of the choices, I couldn’t be happier.

Look great I mounted myself pepboys wanted 50$ a tire just to put tire on rim .they did not have to remove or put on I was going to do that .that being said I left ther store put tires on myself with rubber hammer and plastic pry bar.

These are my first set of Black Gen2 Raptor Style 17″ Rims and BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 285/70-R17 tires. I have had them installed on my 2023 F-150 XL for 9 months now. I installed these 285/70-R17 tires on the 17″ Gen2 Raptor style aluminum rims with a +34mm offset. I did not need to install a lift kit or modify my truck for proper fitment. The Black Gen2 Raptor Style Rims make my F-150 XL look like a high end package truck. I think that it looks almost as good as the F-150 Tremor package, but at a much lower price point. The combination of the 17″ rims with +34mm offset with the T/A KO2 tire size 285/70-R17 gives me what I consider to be a perfect tire – fender wall alignment. I did install OE Style fender flares (for looks), but they were not needed due to the tires extending out of the wheel wells. The BF Goodrich T/A KO2 tires do not have excessive road noise. I live in Michigan and these tires have shown solid traction on dry, wet, icy, and snow covered roads. The T/A KO2 tires look great and perform well. I highly recommend the combination of Black Gen2 Raptor Style 17″ Rims with the BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires.
