    Got this slip diff so I could put 3.73 gears in my 2016 V6. And what a change it has made, the car feels so good when accelerating through turns. It has totally transformed into another car.

    This differential went into my 2016 Mustang GT (auto transmission) so that I could also put the 3.73 gears in. Everything fit together perfectly and there were no major issues. The new dif is great quality from Ford Performance. I am really happy.

    In order to have my set of 3.73 gears installed to replace the stock 3.15, I had to buy this part to fit the bigger gears. Nothing special, but it did the trick for making it fit.

    I researched for weeks trying to verify fitment on the new F-150 8.8. Nobody could tell me if if would fit in the trucks, not Ford or any other internet retailers. I finally decided to get one and give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. There doesn’t seem to be much offered for this new axle but this is a great inexpensive option. It fits with gears 3.31 and up. I installed with a 4.56 and so far it’s been awesome.

    I have a 2017 Ford Mustang V6 with a 6 speed manual transmission. The car came with 3.15 rear ends, I decided to change them to 3.73s. You cannot use the factory differential (new gears are too big), so I bought this differential, new gear set, bearings kit, and axle seal kit, all from American Muscle. A driveline shop did the install in 1 day. I’m very happy with the results. Had no issues with the parts!
