These shocks seem to be very nice out of the package. They are very easy to install and make the truck look nice. They are adjustable, but it’s hard to know where to put the ring for height. The instructions aren’t very clear either. I was very impressed with it after I was done installing it. After driving with them for a few months, I was very disappointed with them. Their ride is very rough. I had a few bolts come loose on my truck and I feel it’s because of the rough ride. I regret buying them now, because of how rough they are. If you want shocks that are cheap, easy to install, and look good, these are for you. If you want a comfortable ride, then keep looking.

I am super happy with the lift I got from this kit. This kit came with brake line extensions. Eibach recommends adding an adjustable track bar. I would definitely recommend offset bushings to correct the alignment. Great ride and look.
FMJ –
I originally used Bilstien 5100 leveling shocks but with 295-60/20 tires I would get some rubbing at full lock. The 5100s set on the next to highest setting gave me 1/2″ rake in the front. The Eibach kit with the front struts set on the next to highest setting put the front dead level with the rear which was 1″ higher than stock with the new rear springs. I have no rubbing now and I’m confident I can fit 35s with no rubbing. Understand this… these springs are no joke. You will need 1 sets of spring compressors to compress these things. Wish I would have done this from the start.

Being old I had this strut/shock install done at a local shop. When I got the truck back I wasn’t sure it was mine! It was lifted a good 3” and the truck sat perfectly level. The ride is literally factory perfect. Haven’t gotten off road yet, but soon l hope.
