I originally never wanted to get an exhaust because I had the v6 but one day while on the website i saw the install video for this product and it changed my mind. I have a 6″ lift on the truck which probably contributed to the low install time, that and my brother helping out handing me tools and parts. After the install i revved up the truck and it sounded better in person. Not only did it sound amazing but it looked amazing to the black tips matched the black paint. If you are like me and have a significant other who complains about how loud your exhaust is you do not have to worry about this one being too loud. I’ve had an STI fully built and a 5.0 mustang with louder exhaust that she couldn’t stand but she loves the Borla on this truck. This is the only exhaust to buy for your ecoboost.

Reviews made it sound like it was going to be super loud. On my 3.5 ecoboost it sounds good, and just loud enough so that it is not annoying.

Coming from an un-experience Mechanic do it yourself the install was very easy. Called a couple of places for installment and the prices for a hour or less of installment was ridiculous!!!! I’m happy with this purchase not disappointed at ALL.

Had on a week now and love the sound. Haven’t noticed anything dramatic for hp or torque but I know that is measured with equipment. Had a shop install. Also have S & B CAI.

You really get the best of both worlds with Borla ATAK. Nice bark on cold starts with a great low rumble at idle but really gets nasty & raspy at high RPMs. You can also cruise on the freeway and talk to passengers normally without trying to yell over an irritating drone. I love this exhaust and recommend the Borla ATAK to everyone with a 5.0! You don’t just have to take my word for it when it has so many 5 star reviews.

exhaust sounds amazing & super easy to install. looking for a really aggressive but yet subtle exhaust that isn’t overly obnoxious & loud then this exhaust is perfect. the black chrome tips looks amazing with my carbonized grey f150.

Great sound to the truck. Price is defiantly worth it. Took about 2 hours to install. You can do it in your garage I recommend 2 people for the job.
