Item was shipped earlier than expected and arrived rolled up and secured in a plastic bag. Upon unrolling it I found there were cosmetic defects in the rubber material, various color “strings” that will not wash off. These are on the front&rear 1/3 of both the top and bottom of the mat, the center 1/3 looks fine. I installed the mat and it fits very well. It has a nice thickness to it. I placed a loaded plastic milkcrate in the middle and drove down a dirt road, the crate didn’t move. I contacted customer service and they offered me a small credit refund or larger store credit if I wanted to keep it (which voids all return/warranty) or I could do a return, I opted for the credit and am satisfied with the resolutions offered. This direct shipped from the Mfg, so hopefully AT can get them to up their QC. Since I have a tonneau cover the mat will serve its purpose even tho it doesn’t look ‘New’, but it’s a rubber mat so I don’t foresee needing any warranty. Overall I’m satisfied.
