    after inspecting and opening the box . i had all the parts to do the installing of it. after the installation i started the truck up and there was a total transformation from the stock air intake to this Airaid air box. i had to try this because i put a fresh new 5.4 liter motor into my 1998F-150. everything is new in my truck and i could not see using the old parts for this complete build i’ve been doing. i don’t even have 200 miles on the motor as of yet and the Airbox sure makes the best amount of horsepower produced out of the motor now. i am so happy by the results i’ve got so far. i am not disappointed for anything i’ve been doing at this point of my build. so far i’m really pleased by all the results of the whole build. i can’t complain one bit. the results of everything says it all. time to install this was just a few hours. but expect maybe 3-4 hours if you take your time and think about doing things right and not miss one step….

    This is a great product I purchased for my 02 f150 daily driver I definitely felt a difference in power and I really can’t say much to compare it to other products since iv only had airaid kits on my vehicles, I really like the fit and finish of the kit not only in appearance but the actual quality of the fit of the air box in where the original was used same holes and everything very easy to install.

    I’ve always been a fan of AirRaid products on my trucks and this one doesn’t disappoint. Fitment is spot on and it comes with EVERY part needed. The extra touches that come in the kit make it worth every penny to me. Throttle response is crisp and there’s a nice growl at higher rpm.

    2014 5.0 sounds mean as hell. with a 91 tune definatly gave some power gain

    Looks great! Sounds great! Truck feels great! Only four stars due to some missing hardware in the box.

    Intakes great, easy to install, makes a rad whistle as the rpm’s build. Never added up the mileage, but paired with a 3″ cat back flowmaster exhaust it’s got a bit more power and some solid rumble.
