    Installation was under 2 hours. If you have a lift it works so much easier. If you like the sound of the turbo spooling this is for you. Never would have thought a 6 cylinder could sound like a power stroke. Amazing power and throttle gain. Definitely worth every penny. I couldn’t justify spending an extra $50 on just the black tip. But I’m glad I did. So cool looking! Definitely recommend

    This exhaust is great. When I chose it, I was primarily looking for a performance exhaust and was not necessarily interested in sound. That being said, it is the best of both worlds. It provides a larger diameter system to allow the air flow more freely and the deletion of the resonator makes a big difference in the sound. Installation was not too difficult. The one problem I had was the removal of the stock exhaust. Instructions I had stated to remove the stock exhaust starting at the rear. Don’t do this. Remove the resonator first. Disconnect the forward and aft ends and then twist. There is a notch in the aft end of the resonator that prohibits the muffler from being removed. Once the resonator is removed…easy cheesy.

    Disclaimer: I knew going in that I was not going to get V8 noise from a 3.5EB. That being said, I love the sound. It does not sound “ricey”. Deep note, throaty idle, and I have zero cabin drone at cruising speeds. You can hear it when you’re accelerating but it’s more than manageable. Install was easy but instructions were lacking. Had to remove a factory hanger mount in order to properly fit the system. Honestly the most difficult part of Installation was getting the stock system out while being parked in my driveway. Tight fit but the muffler and over axle pipe are one piece. The AFE was much easier to handle. Use a jack stand to support the muffler and it’ll go right on. Would recommend. Also, I have noted zero performance decrease as some claim the 4” decreased back pressure and you’d lose low end. If anything it has more pep.

    I had pro shop Mecanic install the AFE single Exhaust system to my truck yesterday and went the installation was finish I took it out for a test drive it sounded loud but doable But went I started driving around the sound got louder and this morning when I went to work it was really loud inside the truck as I’m driving I can heard The sound baffle like it was inside the truck I’m going to the mechanic shop today to see if there something loose The bolts the pipes maybe something just came loose because it sounds like I have a hole in my muffler ‘I’m not happy specially for what I pay for this And also for the installation too for it to sound like this

    Didnt buy mine from here but had the same exhaust on my truck sounded great but rusted through in several places on me, was not happy spent alot of money for something that didnt last very long, that being said I live in mn where theres alot of salt but either way stock one is back on and money down the drain
