REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Auto Artifact believes in customer satisfaction. Within 30 days of receiving items purchased from Auto Artifact, customers may choose to return:
Any new item in original packaging and condition. Any used core, as long as it is shipped in the box that contained the new product. Any item received in a damaged or defective condition. Any item received in error. Within 15 business days of Auto Artifact receiving your returned item, you will be issued a refund for the original purchase price and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within 15 business days.
If the reason for your return was caused by Auto Artifact or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, wrong part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items.
AutoArtifact reserves the right to require a valid government-issued photo ID for all returns that will be recorded at the time of the return. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of customer return activity. AutoArtifact accepts the following IDs for returns: U.S. or Canadian Driver's License, U.S. State ID, Canadian Province ID, U.S. Military ID, Mexican Voter Registration Card, Passport, and U.S. Laser Visa. If you are returning an item(s) and you no longer have the receipt(s), contact AutoArtifact Customer Support at +1 (831) 231-9926 to request the transaction information for your order. The customer service representative will also explain the process for returning your item(s).
