    The exhaust sounds great, gives the truck a nice aggressive tone.

    I have a 2009 Ford F150 4.6L 3v V8. It’s the SFE package as well. Put on the Corsa Sport exhaust and you can feel the difference in power and launch.

    I’m running 3” mid pipe with gesi high flow cats, and this setup is SUPER loud on cold starts. However, once it warms up it mellows right out, and you can’t hear the exhaust while cruising 70-80 mph on the interstate.

    Overall, the installation was not too complicated. Your truck will never sound like a V8 if it is a Ecoboost. With that being said, the truck has a nice rumble with this exhaust so long, you keep the resonator if you choose to remove the resonator I can assure you that this truck will sound extremely obnoxious. I had to go and reinstall my resonator after four days of driving anything above 1200 RPMs sounded a guy playing the trombone behind a scooter. After reinstalling the resonator I am content again with the overall sound and quality of the Corsa exhaust

    This is the perfect exhaust system for the coyote 5.0. The system was fairly easy to install with the truck lifted from the rear on stands. I opted for the Sport because I wanted a balance between loud revs and quiet cruising. It’s perfect. Very loud cold starts that mellow out when the revs drop down and the truck warms up. If you are trying to decide between the Sport & Extreme, start with the Sport. The Extreme is loud almost 24/7.

    The kit was easy to install and the Corsa parts are all high quality. This is my first exhaust installation and I found Corsa’s instructions easy to follow along (they included pictures for reference). Only trouble spot I ran into was removing the stock exhaust pipe/muffler. I didn’t have my truck jacked up, so there was limited room to clear the rear axle. Also my muffler key to resonator pipe was a bit stuck/corroded. Once I broke the mid pipe from the muffler I was able to manage with a second set up hands getting everything removed. All the Corsa pieces fit exactly to the truck, no modifications where required. I torqued their clamps to 45 and 30 lb-ft pounds on the flange mid pipe per their instructions. I also used anti-seize on the threads of the clamps as they suggested. Overall removal and installation took about 2.5 hours, which I thought was pretty solid being my first exhaust. The new sound is much more aggressive on startup. A quick drive to ensure everything was working and the tone mellowed out as the truck warmed up. No real drone noises when cruising and like stock isn’t notable in the cabin. It is louder than I expected and still debating if the increased noise might be too much when hauling our trailer. Power seems more responsive and overall sound of truck is definitely meaner.
